When an earthquake occurs, the sensor built into EQG-Ⅲ detects a minute seismic wave and immediately sounds an alarm. People can evacuate and save lives before a big shake comes. It is the most advanced technology from Japan in the field of earthquake disaster prevention.
Features include response to direct earthquakes, prevention of false alarms, issuance in foreign languages, and real-time display of seismic intensity in each region on a map. It is installed not only in Japan but also overseas in 8 countries.
